The Invincibles and all related names, characters, artwork, and designs are the intellectual property of Widsey LDA and its creator Edgar Ferreira.

Use of The Invincibles NFTs Intellectual Property, and other assets is subject to the applicable license—Curated or Non-Curated—and must comply with the License Guidelines and Ethical Use standards. No part of the brand may be used in a way that implies official affiliation or endorsement without prior written permission. Widsey LDA and The Invincibles Team reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Unauthorized use or infringement may result in legal action.

This License applies solely to NFTs of the Main Collection that contain “No” in their “Curated” trait.

  • By owning a Non-Curated The Invincibles NFT, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the unique design of the NFT you own—defined by its specific combination of traits and characteristics—in non-crypto-related works, for personal and some commercial purposes, provided that all uses comply with the License Guidelines and any other applicable terms.
  • This license remains valid for as long as you hold ownership of the NFT. Once the collectible is sold or transferred, all associated rights and licenses are transferred to the new owner.

This License applies solely to NFTs of the Main Collection that contain “Yes”—or anything other than “No”—in their “Curated” trait.

  • By owning a The Invincibles NFT that contains ‘Yes’—or anything other than ‘No’—in its ‘Curated’ trait, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the unique design of said NFT—defined by its specific combination of traits and characteristics—in non-crypto-related works, strictly for personal purposes, provided that all uses comply with the License Guidelines and any other terms applicable to Curated NFTs.
  • This license remains valid for as long as you hold ownership of the NFT. Once the collectible is sold or transferred, all associated rights and licenses are transferred to the new owner.
  • Designs present on Curated NFTs, cannot be used on commercial projects without the explicit written permission of Widsey LDA.

*Personal use may include displaying the design in non-commercial digital galleries, social media profiles, social content creation (such as representing oneself in a video), or printed media for private enjoyment.
*Non-Crypto related projects, refers to NFT Collections and Crypto Currencies.
*Acceptable commercial uses for Non-Curated designs may selling t-shirts inspired by the design, using the design in an original story unrelated to The Invincibles lore or world.
*Licenses are only valid for NFTs that have been legally obtained—that is, acquired through a legitimate and voluntary transaction from the previous owner to the new owner.

⚡License Guidelines⚡

Ethical use of The Invincibles Brand

  • The Invincibles brand and intellectual property must not be used in any way that promotes pornography, ideological propaganda from governmental bodies, illegal activities, harmful content, or content that could reasonably damage the brand or community. Any use of the brand that violates these ethical standards is strictly prohibited.

The Invincibles Brand & Logo

  • You may not use The Invincibles logo or present any creations derived from your owned NFTs as official The Invincibles products or as endorsed by the brand. All such content must be clearly identified as user-generated and unaffiliated with The Invincibles.

Derivative Works and Commercial Activities:

Any commercial products (only for Non-Curated NFT designs), or content you create derived from The Invincibles avatars must not suggest they are officially affiliated with or endorsed by The Invincibles brand unless you have obtained specific permission directly from The Invincibles Team, or Widsey LDA.

Ownership of a The Invincibles NFT does not grant you the right to use any elements of its lore, story, or any aspect beyond the visual design of the NFT for commercial purposes or in works intended for revenue generation, except as permitted under fair use laws.

Official Licensing Pathway:

If you would like to create official The Invincibles content, you may seek approval by opening a ticket on our Discord server to pitch your idea.

When reviewing proposals, we consider the following:

  • How does it benefit The Invincibles brand?
  • How does it benefit The Invincibles holders?
  • Does it expand on The Invincibles brand, lore, characters, or otherwise?
  • Does it follow the Ethical use of the brand?

If we are interested in your idea, we will follow up to discuss our interest and explore the potential for a partnership.
